The tarp I ordered for my temporary boat building shop finally arrived, but not without a couple of SNAFU’s. I ordered a 10 mil, 12’ x 20’ white tarp, and it was marked as a “Prime” item on Amazon. I ordered it on the 19th of August, and it arrived today, August 26th (so much for Amazon Prime expedited 2-day shipping! Then I discovered it measured 12’ x 24’ when I unfolded it. I’m also skeptical about the 10-mil material as it looks pretty skimpy to me. Oh well, can’t look back. Winter is coming and I have to move forward.
The next video begins the actual sailboat construction process and I’ll share the build with you, step-by-step.
